Shipping policy

Delivery time is estimated and starts from the shipping date rather than the order date, and it may take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other reasons.

Please submit a ticket within 3 months after shipment if the package does not arrive on time. Note that delayed inquiries may not be accepted.

Holiday Delays

Please note that the shipping carrier receives a large volume of orders during the Christmas holiday season. Unfortunately, some orders during that time may experience delayed delivery times.

Feel free to contact our customer support team if your order has exceeded 7 business days from the expected delivery date. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Fulfillment Time

It takes 3-5 business days for our team to process your order after payment confirmation. Each order is handpicked by a fantastic warehouse team member and undergoes a quality check. All items are then packed and placed in shipping envelopes to prepare for their journey to you.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your inbox. If you have trouble receiving it, check your spam folder first or review our FAQs for further assistance.

We offer free domestic and international shipping. The average standard delivery time is 9-19 business days.

Customs and Taxes

Customs duties or import fees are the customer’s responsibility to pay. We do not cover any extra charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country.

Please note that these fees vary depending on the country's laws and policies, and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties and taxes, a refund will not be applied.

Delayed Packages

We have established partnerships with all our carriers and strive to deliver all packages within the specified timeframe. Please note that we will not be held responsible for delayed packages due to weather, incorrect address information, or carrier-related issues that are beyond our control.

We will do our best to resolve any issues for all our customers regarding returns, claims, or lost packages to the best of our ability.
